Me: the price depends on the amounts of ingredients and which ingredients I use for your mouthwash.
Patient: ok let me see what the prescription says... I don't understand this.
Me: ok, just bring in the prescription...
Patient: how much does it cost though?
Me: I need to see the prescription to know the price.
Patient: but you do make them?
Me: yes.
Patient: do you take *insurance plan* ?
Me: no we don't.
Patient: so how much is it going to cost? Give me an estimate.
